Omio set out to shift a behaviour: most travellers still plan trips using single-mode platforms. The goal was to introduce Omio as the simpler, all-in-one alternative—and drive app installs and bookings.
Targeting cross-border travellers in key markets like Italy and Spain, we developed a YouTube video ads sequence that guided users from awareness to action. The campaign spoke to Millennial Experts and Gen Z Explorers, addressing their needs for flexibility, discovery and simplicity.
Creative focused on core app benefits—like multi-modal comparisons, flexible cancellation, and live updates—helping new users understand why Omio is worth switching for.
Delivered in six languages and tailored by market, the campaign combined smart sequencing and targeting to drive not just installs, but real habit change.
