“Love Kills” is a track by Berlin based band “Mutanten”. The animation is based on the drawings and story of Javi Aznarez and Xavi Homs Palmés. Together they tell the haunting story of the strangler of Cadaques – or simply another unfulfilled.

We had to develop an animation style that works with the oil paintings of Javi Aznarez. Since the release the style has been adapted by many artist including Wes Anderson, who worked together with Javi on his latest film and a music video for Jarvis Cocker.
